The APARTMENTC CASA IVANO are located in a family house situated in a quiet residential area, ideal for a relaxing and pleasant holiday. The location is especially suitable for families who wish to enjoy peace, nature, and nearby beaches while still being close to all amenities.
All apartments are located on the first floor of the house, offering guests privacy and a comfortable atmosphere during their stay. A private parking space for one vehicle is provided for each apartment.
The house is located close to Park šuma Zlatni Rt, also known as Punta Corrente, one of the most beautiful green areas and walking zones in Rovinj, perfect for walking, jogging, cycling, and enjoying nature. The first beach in the beautiful Lone Bay is approximately 700 meters from the house.
Bicycles are also available for guests, allowing them to easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy the natural beauty of Rovinj.
We also have a pet, a French Bulldog, living in the house, however pets are not allowed in the apartments.
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.
