About the property
Villa Casa Ivano situated in Rovinjsko Selo is spread over two floors and is located on a private property of 2500 square meters. Has a surface of 400m2 while the pool has 54m2. The spacious Villa Casa Ivano can accommodate up to 8 people, has four (4) bedrooms and five (5) bathrooms and one (1) separate toilet. The whole villa is air-conditioned. A special feeling and taste is provided by a modern kitchen and dining room and a beautifully decorated living room. On the ground floor you will find a laundry room with all the washing and ironing necessities. On the lower floor there are billiards and table tennis. Villa Casa Ivano is a modern and rustic compound.
The warm summer afternoon can be spent sunbathing on comfortable deck chairs next to a private pool or in the shade of the pergola or by preparing gourmet specialties in the kitchen and enjoy them on the outdoor covered terrace.
Holiday House Casa Ivano is ideally located for any activity, next to the road and still sheltered from the greenery of the peoples view. Our small village Rovinjsko selo is only 7 km away from the beautiful and picturesque town of Rovinj, where there is the famous church of St. Euphemia, the local museum of Rovinj, Blabis arch and lots of of other sights. You will also find a variety of restaurants and bars as well as the Punta Corrente Park where you can spend a day wandering in the shade and exploring the flora and fauna or resting in the sun next to the sea where beaches with crystal clear sea are located. Holiday Home Casa Ivano is 30 minutes away by car to Poreč, where you must visit Euphrasius Basilica or Pula where the Arena is located. The location of our villas is a good starting point for traveling around any corner of our beautiful Istrian peninsula.
Villa Casa Ivano is ideal for families with children of all ages. We have a crib,safety fance for babies so that little researchers do not climb upstairs on the upper floor. On request we have free baby strollers Peg Perego Book and umbrella strollers. Cyclists are welcome, they have a place to put their bikes and certainly the best position for cycling is just Rovinjsko Selo. Also, groups of young people are welcome at Villa Casa Ivano but have to behave culturally and conscientiously.

The Villa is truly amazing, the facilities are fantastic and has everything you would need - although you may struggle if you wish to watch any TV par news channels. The Villa is in a very quiet village which is around 10-15 mins by taxi to Rovinj. There is nothing in the village par supermarket (very short walk) and 2 small bars (mainly used by the locals). Would probably recommend you hire a car, Pula airport is 30 minutes drive. Rovinj itself is beautiful. - this review is from the site MyIstria

Das Fazit mal zuerst: Top Villa. Genialer Urlaub. Wir waren mit 4 Paaren zwei Wochen dort und durften die sehr gut ausgestattete Villa mit allen Vorzügen genießen. Der riesen Garten wurde für diverse Spiele genutzt und bietet auch Kindern enorm viel Platz zum Austoben. Der sehr große Pool läd anschließend zu einer Abkühlung ein. Zum Trocknen geht es dann auf eine der 8 bequemen Liegen oder aber auf das Trampolin, dass direkt neben dem Klettergerüst steht. Zur Erfrischung dann ein kühles Bier aus einem der 2 Kühlschränke. Das Essen kommt vom Grill. Ein Traum! Die Villa überzeugt aber nicht nur mit ihrem Außeinbereich. Auch innen hat sie einiges zu bieten. 4 Schlafzimmer mit großen, bequemen Betten, ausreichend großen angeschlossenen Badezimmern und einem absoluten Highlight im Masterbedroom. Hier steht eine riesige Dusche mit 2 Duschbereichen zur Verfügung! Darüber hinaus gibt es ein Gäste-WC im Erdgeschoss. Der Raum im Keller hilft bei der Überbrückung von Regenstunden. Alloggio al di sopra delle aspettative, villa nuova, pulizia impeccabile, tutti i comfort. Perfetta per chi alloggia con bambini, giardino spazioso con giochi e ovviamente piscina che abbiamo usato tutti. Proprietari molto accoglienti e disponibili per tutte le informazioni. A 5 minuti di macchina dalla bellissima Rovigno. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Perfectly located to explore the Istrian peninsula, situated in the green village area just a few kilometers before the charming city of Rovinj. Had a lovely stay, and enjoyed amazing dining options in the nearby cities, whilst during the day opted to relax by the pool. I would recommended it for families or groups of friends. Its a newly built property, with modern amenities and nice hosts. Will definitely be back when visiting the region !

The beautiful newly built house is spacious, modern, clean and has all the comforts a family (or two :-)) needs to spend a perfect holiday!
The garden and the pool area are really nice as well and offer enough space for the kids to play.
Romina and her husband were great hosts, very helpful and supportive and we felt very welcome right from the moment we arrived.
We can definitely recommend this Villa and will return, hopefully very soon!
